Partner with Robin.

Tourism offices, historic sites and destination organisations keep a list of the places they would send a good friend to. Robin plans around it.

What a partnership is

You get a town code from Hey Robin. Any number of your staff can create an account and enter that code once; from then on you all manage one shared list of places: name, category, a few sentences in your own words, address, phone, website, exact coordinates and a photo. Robin reads the list the moment a traveler starts planning a day nearby.

Who it is for

Tourism offices and visitor centres. Historic sites, monuments and museums. Regional boards and destination organisations. Anyone whose job is to know a place well and to send visitors to the right doors.

What partners get

First choice

Your places come first

When a visitor plans a day near you, your verified places are the first material Robin reaches for. It uses whichever fit the traveler and fills the rest from its own knowledge.

Your words

Said the way you would say it

Robin quotes the spirit of your description, shows your photo, and copies your address, phone number and coordinates exactly. Real numbers beat remembered ones.

Among the landmarks

Ranked with Robin's own sights

Rate each place 1 to 3 stars to tell Robin how strongly you recommend it. Once your town is switched on, your sights rank alongside Robin's own landmark database; your restaurants and shops lead its local picks.

How to start

  1. Request your town. Send the short form in the portal, or email [email protected].
  2. Receive your code. We set up your town and send a code your staff can share.
  3. Sign in and add places. One at a time, or import a whole list from a spreadsheet. Hide a place for the season, edit it any time.

Ready when you are
